Prologue

Everybody can cook, but not everyone can be a writer. In the same way that you can be a writer, but never a good cook. It's either one or the other. Kitty is both. She is a writer, and she sure can cook. But she does neither. Instead, she fills her days and night with work. A desk job, cooped up in front of the computer, meetings all day long, writing business plans and generating revenues. She's very great at it. She loves the grind, the money that comes along with the long hours, shopping whenever she can, and yet, she's never really happy. Kitty needs something else to do.

She loves watching Giada de Laurentiis. She likes to write. She wants to write a cookbook. She wants to run her own company. She wants to get married, have a baby and raise a family of 6 kids.

She knows what she wants, but can't seem to get around to doing it. How can she? She doesn't have the time to think. She will, someday soon. In the meantime, she'll keep the dream in her head.
